Default No Start In Cold Weather

Car is a '01 Cobra. Turbo 4V on E85. LSx coils and a Dominator. After switching to E85 the car was hard to start, but once it warmed up it would start just fine. Now that it's cold outside, it won't start at all. What adjustments do I need to make to get it to start in the cold? I'm very new to the Holley system, so I apologize in advance if it seems like a stupid question.
