    I just noticed my main harness has this. What are my options?

    Any 3 pin, 0-5V pressure sensor.
    You can use the Holley one as mentioned. (It's an SSI 100 psi pressure transducer.)
    Or you can use any pressure transducer you want, if you have the calibration data.
