    Not sure what 512 jet size is. They are usually numbered from 50 - 99. I would think a 70 - 72 would be a good starting point on the mains. Probably a little rich, but should be a good start.

    That's what is stamped on them. Since my last post it has started to run half correctly, but still lean on acceleration. I will check out the accelerator pump adjustment for more volume. Starts great, choke works well, closes & opens by itself. Although I hooked the transmission directly to intake vacuum, it has decided to raise the upshift points to ridiculous, I'll put a governor in the transmission. Now I have a front rotor dragging since it has set so long, PLUS I bought a new QuadraJet on Craigslist for $100 as a backup. All I really need is to get through emissions one last time, so I can get my antique tags.
