Default Holley 750 Ultra HP E85

Ordered this Holley 750 Ultra HP, but its come E85 prepped.
Can I still use it with the UK's 95 octane gasoline?
Don't really want the fuss of sending it back.

No, not as is. A carburetor calibrated for E85, will be way too rich for gasoline.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

What would I need to do to change it? The alternative would be the 750 XP, but only comes in gray. This carb is fully anodized in black. I would also have to ship the carb back to Summit from the UK, which is a pain in the rear.

Well, why did you purchase an E85 carburetor for a gasoline application?
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The carb I ordered was canceled, out of stock, unavailable after four weeks of waiting. So when I complained, they sent me the next best thing that was in stock. I should have checked it, but by the time I did, three days later, the thing was at my doorstep. I have purchased a Ford Racing 363 long block. What Holley carb would be right for this engine?

Oh, so you never ordered this carburetor. Wow, sorry to hear about that situation.

At this point, I'd contact Holley to determine if this carburetor can be recalibrated for gasoline use (at your end).

If you look at the description for a Holley 750 Ultra HP E85 you will see this:
Air bleeds moved outward to allow a smoother transition of airflow from the top of the carburetor into the venturi.
Metering blocks feature improved durability, true gasket sealing and fully adjustable (emulsion bleeds, power valve channel restrictors & idle feed restrictors).

If you have access to the different sized jets and bleeds, you should be able to recalibrate it.

I've sent it back. Turns out there was a local UPS collection point at a newsagents a street away from my house that I've never been in after 10 years of living here. Summit had also supplied a pre paid return label. It's a shame because with the extra mods the E85 carb has with different jets and calibration I wander if it could be a better carb.
