Default Fuel Inlet Block Off Question By Newbie

(I tried to find the answer several places and got nowhere)

I purchased an engine with that has a Holley 770 Street Avenger (p/n 0-83770)

The carb has 4 fuel inlet fittings: Left side primary fuel inlet fitting, left side secondary fuel inlet fitting and the same for the right side.

The right side fuel inlets are hooked up to the mechanical fuel pump, the left side inlets have tape over them.

I'm assuming that there needs to be some sort of block off fitting in these inlets on the left side. Sticking my finger up these inlets shows that these are not threaded on the inside.

    1. I'm assuming these need to be blocked off, correct?

    2. If 1 is true, then how are these block off fittings held in place if there isn't any internal or external threading in the inlet? The Installation, Tuning, and Adjustment Manual says nothing. I tried searching Holley, Summit, and Jegs for something like this and found nothing.

    3. How can I find fittings for these

Thanks for your help (I know EFI and nothing about carbs)

Check again. The inlets you're talking about are blanks, only one side of the fuel bowls have working inlets.
