He said he will look at the car for me as I should not be having this much trouble starting it. I'm taking it in for winter storage today so we will have to wait till April to see the results. they do make a 4-7 cam swap that changes the firing order. GOOD THING YOU TALKED TO HIM!!, It would have popped way more if you made the switch.

long story short. if the motor is timed properly, good compression, good spark, with 1/2 pumps of the throttle it should start right up almost instantly.
