    After running a heap of tests, it turns out that there is a connection fault somewhere in either the main harness or at the ECU terminal connection for J1-A4. Switch activation works fine on the other inputs, so it just happened to be that I picked the faulty input to try first with the datalog.     It's most likely in the main harness. Unplug the ECU connector, and perform an Ohm's continuity test on that wire.
