My idle speed screw is backed all the way out. The throttle blades are closed. Seems like I would have a vacuum leak big enough to hear it, but I've sprayed starter fluid on the TBI, the intake gaskets, and there is no change in the engine speed.

If there's no vacuum leak, then the secondary throttle blades need to be adjusted.
Adjust the primary & secondary throttle blades so they're equally open. Same amount of airflow, but equally adjusted opening.
Remember to perform another TPS AutoSet, whenever you adjust the idle speed screw on the throttle body.

The secondaries were open just like you said. I closed them and now the car runs A LOT better.
It solved a number of issues such as hard starting, idle hunting after acceleration, and my fast idle problem.
The car is now running like I expected it to run all along! Thanks for the help!!!
