Last year during the Hot Rod Power Tour, I won/received a Holley wideband O2 senor as a consolation prize, for not winning the Holley Terminator EFI system (that's on my list of future upgrades). I finally got around to installing it this winter but something isn't right.
There's not a lot of information out about how to use them, or what to look for if thing don't look right. I know it reads air/fuel ratios and a good starting range is 14.7:1.
With the key on, the gauge goes through this: 8.8.8, 7.00, BH 5 or 6 or 7, and the scale around the circumference of the gauge is lit, blue, green, yellow and red. When I start the engine, it goes through the same sequence, and than goes to RED on the scale and 20.0 and stays there no matter how much gas I give it.
I haven't driven the car much since the install, so I don't know how it reacts under driving conditions. But I think it's the as mentioned above.
Where do I start with troubleshooting? Thanks.
