sc1000 turns itself off

my sc1000 powers up in display mode then the power light and display go off after 3 seconds,any ideas???

Does the unit still record fine? There may be a problem with one of the LED chips in display mode.

Send it in to us, along with the main power/RPM harness and I will see what we can do. We no longer carry some of the parts for the SC1000, so hopefully we can fix the unit for you.
