Thanks Danny, that's what I was looking for! Maybe my black controller/relay box is bad. Any idea on the part number of it?

Yes, it's the NOS 15602NOS three terminal switch.
The center switch terminal is always +12V powered.
The switch just opens & closes +12V power to the module's blue wire.
The black/white wire is ground for the switch's LED light & trouble codes.

Yeah, I have the package & diagram. I just don't know how the switch works, or if it's the NOS15602 switch? Like does it direct power to the black/white wire when off? Thanks.

It's the 14168 remote valve opener. I left the switch in my last car and have the newer one with black/white wire added (close white). Anyway wondering if I put 12 volts to the black/white wire to close valve or is it a ground? Hence 2-way switch which I assume or just 1-way plus ground? Thanks guys.
