Yellow wire from ARC Module run to ground?

Drawing says it's an active output. Just want to make sure before I do something that will mess this box up. One more thing. The signal wire that runs to Racepak needs to be terminated if not using with Racepak, correct? Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with this product, but the way I read the instructions is that the output wire is grounded by the box when the box is active. I don't read it as "you have to connect the wire to ground." Andrew
