Back again, car will fire on a few cylinders now. Have messed with computer ignition timing from 6° to 30°, TDC was established. Fuel pressure is at 55 psi with 24 lb/hr injectors. TPS Autoset was done. Firing Order is correct 13726548. Distributor has been rotated during engine cranking, still same.

Ensure the Switched +12V red/white wire (pink wire - Sniper EFI) is powered in the "Run" and "Crank" key positions.

I've checked the harness, checked key-on hot that it stays hot when cranking, pins to TFI harness is good, no loose pins. Coil fires after key is released.

Using the Wizards it is coil −. I've tried a FoMoCo OEM distributor with FoMoCo TFI and a Dyna Mod drop in with Dyna Mod TFI module. Block is grounded in all factory locations. New battery cables, all grounding areas are clean of rust, paint & dirt. Coil is OEM replacement, new plug wires and spark plugs.

How are your Ignition Parameters setup? Predefined selected (drop down menu) or Custom Ignition Parameters? What does your ignition system consist of? If it's a Ford TFI distributor, does it have a genuine Ford TFI ignition module? Is the Ford TFI distributor's PIP sensor OK? Is the engine block well grounded?

No Coil Pulse
Kit for Mustang fitted to '88 Thunderbird Sport Coupe. Wiring diagrams were followed to the letter, setup Wizard was done correctly. Coil has power when turning over, but no power out of coil to distributor. Coil − with KOEO, shows power as it should proving the coil is good. With car turning over, no output from coil, key switched off to end start cycle the inline coil tester will flash 1-2 times.Tags: None
