    Had a lot of loud ticking from the Sniper with fuel pressure fluctuating over 20 PSI and some lean spots at lower RPM and tip in high load situations that I could not tune out. Bit the bullet on the recommendation from Danny. All the issues are gone. Fuel pressure is dead steady now and the car drives great. I strongly recommend to order the dampener with the "T" fitting they supply. Bill. '69 Torino GT- 351 automatic.

    I had the same issue with mine running returnless and went with the Radium Engineering fuel pulse damper. Also solved my issues. Get one if you're running a dead-headed system.

        Hi. I installed one on my HP EFI with a return line my Aeromotive Regulator sounded like a air hammer I installed the damper and noise went away. Using a 255 LPH pump. Most OEMs use a damper. Joey.S

          The issue I was having (and from the sound of it, so was '69 Torino) was that the fuel pressure was fluctuating wildly while the engine was running.
