I updated mine yesterday. Inserted the flash drive. Soon as I turned the key to the ON position, it self updated in a matter of 10 seconds or less. It also kept my original dash configuration. Super easy. On the flash drive, all I copied over were the two .tgz files. It was raining last night, so I didn't have a chance to cruise around to try out anything.

Good deal, I'm so glad we're now able to steady the gauge. It use to drive me bonkers looking at it bouncing around. Thank you Holley tech engineers for the improvements. Much appreciated.

Just got back from a little test session after installing the updates. I ended up using these settings on the fuel level. Seemed to give the best results. I also checked the odometer. I drove a stretch that showed 7.0 miles on the Digital Dash. Checked it when I got back, and Google Maps shows 7.1. Seems pretty good to me! Here's a video showing how the steady the fuel gauge is now: https://youtu.be/_7aLYOOc9wI

Let us know which works best TxFireman. I'm about to update mine today or tomorrow. I did what Danny suggest. I copied to the two files onto a USB flash drive, and will plug the USB flash drive into the Digital Dash USB cable.

I need to play around with the different speeds and see which works best for the fuel level.

I'm going to play around with the gauge averaging, because my fuel level bouncing around is driving me bonkers. Hopefully this smooths it out. I couldn't not find anything in the 50 page user manual on it though. It's probably pretty straight forward. I'll eventually figure it out.

I'm excited, I don't care if Holley has a Facebook or not, LOL.

It's the general comments section, and before Facebook, there were forums & message boards. Just saying. How can I get on an email list that will tell me when new updates are available?
