    How do I setup my fuel level gauge on my Digital Dash?

    Please don't just give me a link to the Dgital Dash instructions or a link to the I/O Harness, because I already have both. I have the I/O Harness installed, and even have turn signals working. I just can't for the life of me figure out the fuel level gauge. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Well for one, you have to know the Ohms readings of your fuel level sender at empty & full.
    Then you can either select one of the options from the drop down menu,
    or you can select "Custom" and input your own values.
    You can program it to be any numbers you want to see.
    Either in Gallons or in percent or even just a decimal value if you want.
    So you could do 0-16 gallons.
    Or 0-100%
    Or 0.0-1.0
    Or whatever values you want.

    It goes into great detail about how to set it up. You can just type in the first & last cell values,
    (the full and empty Ohms and level values you want), and then hit the linearize button to make it a nice straight graph.

    Then you will need to add a custom gauge to any of the screens, and tell it to use the I/O # 10 for the fuel sender
    Then program the gauge according to how you like it to look.

                Has anyone had issue with the sensor slowly going to 0 just when the engine is running? I connected the sensor, configured the Digital Dash for my Mopar sender it read 1/4 tank like the factory gauge reads. I added 5 gallons to 3/4 tank, connected it to factory gauge and it reads about the same. All is good. Start the engine and it slowly (in about 60 sec) goes down to 0. Turn the key off and back on the digital fuel gauge reads 3/4 tank. Start the engine slowly goes to 0. I figured I had a ground problem so I ran a jumper to the battery to the body of the sender. Same thing. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem.

                    When I type the first & last value for Ohms and level values, it only linearized the level values I have to manually enter the Ohms values from 0 at 0% to 90 Ohms at 100%. Am I missing something?

                    Also, I check the Ohms at the wire on pin 13 I/O10 (wire from tank sender). I get 72 Ohms. I then hook up a 0-90 Ohm fuel gauge to the wire and it shows a little above 3/4 full, which is correct. The wire goes from the sender in the tank direct to pin 13 with no other gauges or items on the line. Why is it when I set it all up, do I only see 52% fuel level according to the values entered 72 Ohms should be around 77%. If were talking 0 Ohms at empty and 90 ohms at full, and 0% at 0 Ohms and 100% at 90 Ohms.

                      I'm working on dialing in my fuel level gauge. I input min & max on the Ohms and values, then you should be able to "linearize X" & "linearize Y" to fill in the rest. The fuel tank sensor in my tank is a 73 = 0 & 10 = 100, but it doesn't seem very accurate. This weekend I'm planning to drain the tank completely then add 1 gallon at a time and note the Ohms then manually fill in the value.

                        Mine displays around 100% all the time while driving and sometimes shows NaN (Not a Number), but when I check it with an Ohm meter I get good readings.

                          Are you using a chassis ground or the Holley dash ground? I've read it's best to connect the ground to the Holley. Could be the issue?

                            It's using a chassis ground. I'll try tying the tank ground into the Holley ground.

                              Where is the best place to add a ground for my fuel level sender (if I tap into the level sender ground wire wire back at the tank and run it forward)? Where do I connect it? At the Dominator ECU to the 7" Digital Dash?
