Was going to update a Dominator to V6 Build 300, but the car has a 7" Digital Dash and I'm not seeing which firmware it needs to be compatible. I see this in the notes, but I don't have that directory on either laptop that I've downloaded V6 Build 300 on: "Note: The software installer now includes all dash and handheld firmware in the Holley EFI software directory (Documents\Holley\Dash)."

7" Digital Dash Firmware for V6 Build 300?

The new Holley EFI V6 Build 300 Software Installer does include the 6.86"/12.3" Pro Dash, 7" Digital Dash & 3.5" TSLCD firmware (in Documents, Holley, HEFI V6, Firmware folder PC directory), but they're the same firmware versions as the V6 Build 220. I don't know if there's supposed to be touchscreen device firmware updates required, so I emailed Holley to verify this. Probably not, but I want to confirm this before updating. I'll let you know when they respond.May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Yes, it is. Did you try updating to V6 Build 300 EFI software/ECU firmware? If so, is there a Digital Dash firmware incompatibility error message?
I'm asking because when Holley released V6 Build 220, they mistakenly didn't include the latest Digital Dash firmware version (it was only in the Digital Dash update webpage). So I'm still wondering if there's supposed to be touchscreen device firmware updates required for V6 Build 300. Probably not, but I want to confirm this before updating.May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I understand (working on customer's cars is serious business). I'll inform us all Monday of Holley's response here.May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I might do the update on my Cougar today, and I have a 7" Digital Dash as well. I'll post results. Andrew
UPDATE: I just updated my Dominator to V6 Build 300, and the Digital Dash worked as before without having to do a Digital Dash firmware update. I was on ECU firmware V6 Build 220 before, and I did update the Digital Dash firmware when I updated to V6 Build 220. AndrewInstagram: @projectgattago

I just heard from Doug Flynn (Chief Holley EFI Engineer), there's no touchscreen device firmware updates required for V6 Build 300 (from V6 Build 220).
The latest Holley V6 EFI software is currently V6.0 Build 300.
The latest Holley V6 ECU firmware is currently HEFI_06003000.eep.
The latest 3.5" TSLCD V6 firmware is currently 6.0.220.fwu.
The latest 7" Digital Dash V6 firmware is currently 6.0.203.tgz.
The latest 6.86"/12.3" Pro Dash V6 firmware is currently 6.0.236.bin.

I drove my Cougar today and noticed the AFR Average channel on my Digital Dash says "Disabled." Not sure why, other than assuming it's the firmware mismatch. I didn't try to fix it, but I will later this week. AndrewInstagram: @projectgattago

But there's not supposed to be a Digital Dash mismatch (or any touchscreen firmware update required for V6 Build 300). Are you using the latest 7" Digital Dash V6 firmware - 6.0 Build 203? In Engine Parameters, is the Wideband O2 Sensor Averaging set to "Average"? Maybe something to do with what's highlighted in red print below?

Compatible Software Version- 6.0 Build 300
Firmware Updates:
• If wideband O2 reads near max lean (>1.8 Lambda/26.46 Gasoline AFR for .25 seconds) the ECU will now force Open Loop.
• Fixed an issue causing Advanced ICF Tables to not enable when using the “Time Delay To Start” without also using the “AT Launch Enable”.
• When wideband O2 Sensor Averaging is set to either “Right Only” or “Left only” Closed Loop will no longer shutoff when the secondary wideband O2 sensor is in an error state.
• Improved Acceleration Enrichment RoC calculation accuracy and noise rejection.
• Fixed an issue causing fuel injectors to shut off near 100% Duty Cycle.
• Updated boost control strategy to immediately go to 100% Vent if target value is less than 0.5 psi AND actual value is greater than 2.0 psi.
• Fixed an issue that caused the boost control solenoids to have poor control on the J4 connector when Duty Cycle was near 0%.
• Fixed an issue with RPM Derived PWM Outputs not working with certain ignition types.
• Updated Custom Ignition Types using Waste-Fire to use the lower of the two Timing Offsets when a pair of cylinders both have cylinder timing trims.
• Fixed an issue with “Output Active Time” causing a late/delayed shift with Lenco transmissions.
• Fixed an issue causing the Minimum Injector Opening Time pulse width to not be obeyed when using the “Custom” Injection Type.
• Fixed an issue with Log Triggering not working properly with the ECU Log Trigger Input.May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Nothing changed in the tune. I always display the AFR Average channel on my Digital Dash. There are no wideband O2 sensor failures, I have two, and the system is in Closed Loop. AndrewInstagram: @projectgattago
