IT WORKS NOW! 💪 Thanks for the links Danny!
That was probably the Digital Dash Customize Gauge parameter - "Averaging" (under Updates Per Second). The Holley ECUs don't have the signal conditioning for a stable fuel level gauge display. The Digital Dash does. That's the purpose of the Digital Dash (instrumentation). The fuel level sending unit is wired to the Digital Dash I/O Adapter/Vehicle Harness. It's Pin 13 (IO10) of the Digital Dash I/O Adapter Harness (built-in Ohms signal stabilization).

BTW, this is for my Drag & Drive car. Drag Week '18, '19 & '21 and Sick Week 2023 next month. It will be nice having fuel gauge in a N/A 800+ HP stick car with a 10 gallon cell pulling an 1100 lb trailer. 😆
     You're welcome, and nice car!

started a topic 7" Digital Dash Fuel Level Gauge

7" Digital Dash Fuel Level Gauge

I have a 0-90 Ohm sender in my 10 gallon fuel cell connected to my Digital Dash through an I/O harness. Sending unit checks at 0 Ohms empty and 90 Ohms full on my multimeter at the cell and at the I/O harness. The Digital Dash is configured to display 0-100 corresponding with the 0-90 Ohms. With the cell full of fuel and the multimeter measuring 90 Ohms, the gauge fluctuates between 47-50%. I've accomplished both the OHMS & VALUE columns and linearized, and it still won't display 100% when the cell is full. BTW, the gauge is configured to display 0% min and 100% max. Any help is appreciated.
