  • Holley EFI stand-alone dash AFR sensor.

Hi all. Adding a nitrous kit to my car, and was wondering what's the best way to add a air/fuel ratio sensor to a stand-alone dash? On top of that, what sensor should I use to measure the nitrous gas pressure? Any help would be great. Been loving the dash so far.

The Holley 554-104 1600 psi transducer.

Thanks for the reply Danny, I'll buy one of them. Guessing you don't know much about getting a air/fuel sensor working on the screen? Might have to use a separate kit.

          Thanks mate, really appreciate it.
The AFR sensor in the post is discontinued, but I'm sure the Racepak one will work in its place. Thanks again.

I bought that 554-104 pressure transducer. And I've wired it up to IO5. I think I calibrated it right. I went into IO5 settings put 1600 on the 5V and clicked linearize. But on the dash it's 157 psi at atmosphere. Did I do it right or is there another way to calibrate it? Any help would be great.

The instructions state, "Each sensor has a linear voltage output range of .5 - 4.5 volts in the ranges listed above." So ensure your programming begins at .5 volts, not 0 volts.

Just to expand on Danny's comment, the reason they do this is so the ECU has some degree of self-diagnostics on the sensor. If the pin returns 0 volts then there must be an open circuit in the wiring or sensor. If the pin returns the full 5 volts then there must be short circuit.
