  • Burnt Fuses

Okay I’m running the Holley 12-147 fuel cell module and I have both pumps wired to one 60 amp relay and a 25 amp fuse per Holley directions. Relay is wired directly to the battery. I keep melting the 25 amp fuse. I’m using 10 gauge wire to the battery and for the ground. I’m stumped as to why the fuses are melting. Any input would be appreciated.

You'll need a 40A fuse if running both. Reference:

Yes, 40 amp fuse if you're wiring both fuel pumps together.
May God's grace bless you in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanks! I looked at the schematic after I posted, and realized it was a 40 amp fuse. 🤦🏻‍♂️
