    Completed a 350 to Gen III engine swap in a 1994 K5 Blazer about a year ago now. Truck has the stock manual NV3500 transmission, a bit of a rarity. As an introduction, here's my swap parts listing of non-stock used in case it's helpful for others. Cheers.
    o 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 (donor truck parts, common to many similar trucks).
    o Complete engine (L33 or VIN “B”) and sensors.
    o Flywheel, clutch (slave cylinder and lines are 1994).
    o Starter and solenoid.
    o All front end accessories and belt drive.
    o Power steering hydraulic lines are 1994.
    o A/C compressor, clutch, and lines are 1994 with ICT Billet bracket.
    o Alternator has a swapped voltage regulator.
    o Belt 111.5 inch 1115K6.
    o Radiator upper & lower hoses.
    o Heater hoses.
    o Y-pipe and cats.
    o Others
    o Holley Terminator X LS ECU 550-904, including WBO2 sensor.
    o Throttle body – older 5.3 cable.
    o Alternator voltage regulator 4.2l 2006 Trailblazer 8497-D3579.
    o Radiator electric fans –GM 6.0l truck, think 2005ish.
    o Fan relays and fuse – Racetronix parts.
    o Air box – 6.0l truck with 4” tubing.
    o Camshaft Comp Cams 54-412-11 212°/218°, 0.522"/0.529", 114° LSA.
    o LS6 valve springs GM #12499224.
    o Exhaust manifolds JBA cat4ward 1850S-2JS.
    o 3/8” flexible fuel line from “Corvette” filter/regulator WIX 33737.
    o Thrush 3” muffler and tubing.
    o Intake air temperature IAT sensor ACDelco 213-4663.
    o Clutch throw out bearing PT614037 or National 614037.
    o ICT Billet adapters for 1994 coolant temp and oil pressure sensors.
    o ICT Billet engine mount adapters​.
