  • Transducer Setup

    I bought a couple 100 psi sensors part# 554-102. To set them up in the system I will be using them with I need to know the offset and gain for the sensors. I know I can figure it out, but it would be easier and probably more accurate if I had this info from the manufacturer. If any one know this info it would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The Holley EFI 554-102 sensor has a linear voltage output range of .5 - 4.5 volts (0-100 psi).
    Volts - PSI
    0.50 = 0
    0.77 = 7
    1.03 = 13
    1.30 = 20
    1.57 = 27
    1.83 = 33
    2.10 = 40
    2.37 = 47
    2.63 = 53
    2.90 = 60
    3.17 = 67
    3.43 = 73
    3.70 = 80
    3.97 = 87
    4.23 = 93
    4.50 = 100

    The Holley EFI 554-103 sensor has a linear voltage output range of .5 - 4.5 volts (0-200 psi).

      Hi Danny. As you explained here for these sensors, what are the values for the Holley EFI 554-134 3.5 bar MAP sensor? Linear volts will still go up in increments of .5V, but unsure of what to put in value side? Will this also read vacuum at idle? This is for a stand-alone 7" Digital Dash setup. Thank you, Daniel

        The Holley EFI 554-134 MAP sensor has a linear voltage output range of .5 - 4.5 volts (-14.5-35.4 psig/0-345 kPa). Yes, MAP sensors also measure vacuum.
        Volts - PSIG
        0.50 = -14.5
        0.77 = -11.2
        1.03 = -7.8
        1.30 = -4.5
        1.57 = -1.2
        1.83 = 2.1
        2.10 = 5.5
        2.37 = 8.8
        2.63 = 12.1
        2.90 = 15.4

        3.43 = 22.1
        3.70 = 25.4

          Thanks Danny!
          I've put all these values in and the 554-103 comes up as 200 with Digital Dash turned on. The 554-134 says -6.1, and the factory calibrated Oil Pressure and Coolant Temperature both say HI ERR along with Fuel Level. Any idea what the issue could be? I have not started the car to see what happens. Thank you again for all your help! Cheers, Daniel
